This Global Talent Pool is primarily aimed at high-performing professionals based in Spain with a strong international track record. Professionals who have worked across countries, markets and cultures, and who feel comfortable operating in global business contexts.
That said, we also consider profiles based outside Spain, provided they meet two essential conditions:
- Spanish at a native or near-native level (mandatory, non-negotiable)
- Genuine interest and availability to work for a Spanish or Mexican company, which are Redegal’s only fiscal headquarters.
Who are we especially interested in?
While we welcome diverse international profiles, this Talent Pool is particularly focused on business-oriented roles, such as:
- Account Managers / Client Partners and Managers
- Digital Business & Growth profiles
- Strategic Marketing professionals
We also actively consider mid/senior specialists in:
- Technology
- Product
- Digital Marketing & Performance
As long as they bring business understanding, international exposure and the ability to operate in cross-functional, global teams.
Languages matter - a lot.
- One native language and at least two additional professional-level languages
- Spanish at a native or near-native level is a must. Profiles without a high command of Spanish will not be considered, regardless of seniority or expertise.
